2. Does your product meet ADA standards/requirements?

3. What materials do you use in construction of your ramps?

  → The three basic materials we use in construction of our ramps are aluminum, steel and concrete deck.

  → We accept returns on NON-CUSTOM products that have been purchased over the last 30 days. All returns require a return authorization and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Returns shipped without authorization will be refused. Call (847) 680-7700 to request a return authorization number.

7. What is your shipping policy?

  → Free shipping applies to continental US orders only. Additional shipping charges will be applied to orders outside the contiguous 48 states and online quotations for these orders are subject to change.
