A: Yes we can ship worldwide. We will need your postal code and if you require expedited shipping.
Q: I am researching ramps for our K9 unit at the Modesto Police Dept in Modesto, CA. We would like to purchase ten (10) ramps for our K9’s. We are looking for the ramps long enough for a standard pick up truck (in/out of the bed).
A: We have several ramps that should fit your application, although its hard to give a definitive answer without knowing the tailgate height off the ground. We have a few ramps that telescope out to 84in, and others that telescope out to 72in. Here is a link to our pet ramps page.
Q: What be the cost to ship to Auckland, New Zealand for the Smart Ramp Telescoping pet ramp? How long would it take to ship to New Zealand?
A: We will need your postal code to price out an estimated shipping cost. We expect the ramp to arrive in New Zealand and deliver within 10-20 business days.
Q: I am really interested in your folding wooden dog ramp but I cannot seem to find it. Do you still carry it?
A: Unfortunately no. We have replaced that ramp with other ramps more suitable to wear and tear of daily life.

Do you ship to Canada? Can you provide a quote with shipping included? Can you use USPS? UPS is not an option in Canada as the brokerage and handling fees often double the cost of the product when it arrives in Canada.

Q: Does the Auto Hitch Step stay attached to the hitch and fold away for driving?
A: No the hitch step is not design to stay connected to the vehicle while it is in motion. Instead the auto hitch step is designed to be a portable unit that is installed and removed for each use. It stores in your vehicle while driving and weighs only 5lbs.
Q: Is the auto hitch step ok for human use?
A: The auto hitch step is not recommended for human use.
Non Slip Treads
Q: Is there anything available to cover indoor wheelchair ramps (made from wood) other than rug?
A: Yes, our non slip aluminum treads will be suitable to cover your indoor wheelchair ramp.
Q: Looking for non skid strips for a loading ramp on a cargo trailer (12″ x 6′) utility cart, approx. 1500 lbs, will this hold up to the weight??

Q: Would your non slip treads product work on a concrete ramp that has forklift traffic?
A: Non slip treads are designed to be mounted on concrete and does not have a weight limit.
Q: I have a 16′ x 4′ x 3/4″ plywood ramp for my wife’s wheelchair and want to put non-skid strips on it. How many strips would you recommend for that size ramp, and how much will they cost?
A: Non slip treads can be purchased in different sizes and applied in numerous orientations. There are three standard designs including 30″ treads, 48″ treads, and 30″ strips. We recommend that treads be spaced 8″ on center. For your particular application you would need (24) non skid treads and (24) non slip pads to give adequate coverage of 42″ of width on the 48″ ramp. On the width, there should be a 3″ space on the left and right sides with the treads/pads in the center of the ramp. On the length, there should be a 2″ space before the first tread placed 8″ on center, the treads/pads will finish 2″ from the opposite end of the ramp. Please navigate to our treads page for pricing.
Q: We live in Park City Utah – do you have a local contractor or supplier for the treads? How do we get your product? I have already fallen down the stairs earlier this month during our first freeze.
A: Our aluminum stair coverings are easy to install and will prevent slips and falls in the snow, ice and rain. They are available in several sizes and colors.
Q: I was wondering if there was a product that had built in safety traction that would not broil in the summer heat or aid freezing rain to accumulate. Can you offer any advice?
A: Non skid safety treads are a great solution to a non slip surface. They are designed to last a lifetime and can be applied to any surface using stainless steel screws (for wood) or pin-drive anchors (for concrete).

Q: I need a lightweight non-skid material to apply to our wood docks for traction on icy mornings. I approximate two feet wide by no longer than 10 foot long sections.

Q: I have treated wood steps leading out of my pub in two locations. I have trouble with people slipping. I have used tape and grit with limited success. What product would you recommend?
A: Non slip treads is permanent alternative solution to non skid grit tapes and grip paint that will last forever. The aluminum raised button material never wears down and can be used on any surface including wood, concrete and masonry.
Q: What do you mean by “factory seconds” on the stair treads? Are they defective?
A: Factory second stair treads are not defective but are simply not perfect. They have the same button pattern found on all of our treads, but they may be off center or a button or cut off at an edge. Factory seconds are made from the same material and work just as well but may not have the same polished look.

A: Very easy. Each scene comes with its own copy of the directions and all necessary hardware to mount on a wall.
Q: How will the scene ship to me? UPS? Will it have creases?
A: Scenes will ship via FedEx Ground in tubular packaging to prevent creases.
