How is pricing determined?
Custom ramp systems, custom Non-Skid Tread projects, Window Well Covers and other custom-manufactured products will require a custom quotation. Quotes are prepared by the Partner's assigned Handi-Ramp account executive. If the Partner has chosen our REBATE OPTION, the quote will be prepared for the end-user and the price will reflect retail pricing. If the Partner has chosen our DISCOUNT OPTION, the quote will be prepared for the Partner and the price will reflect Partner (or wholesale) pricing.Internet posted pricing for distributed products are priced according to market research we conduct in order to maintain the most competitive pricing. It changes according to market pressures including watching competitor pricing changes.
How do Partner Points work?
For every dollar of sales credited to a Handi-Ramp Partner, points accumulate according to the table below. Points accrue on a calendar basis beginning January 1 and ending December 31 and are reported for the purposes of redemption availability on a quarterly basis. Points may be redeemed after each quarter or all at once during the first quarter of the year for the prior year. Points from a prior year not redeemed by March 31 are no longer valid.

How are Partner Points redeemed?
In the week following the end of each quarter, Handi-Ramp Partners will receive a Partner Points Statement along with redemption instructions and options. The communication will arrive via email and the redemption process will take place using an on-line utility.
How do I become a Handi-Ramp Partner?
1. Complete our Handi-Ramp Partner Application on-line.2. Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted for a conference call so we may address your questions and assure both companies would like to move forward in the process.
3. You will be assigned a Partner Program login and password along with your Partner Code.
4. An orientation call will be arranged where you will talk with your assigned Account Executive and receive an overview of the products you have an interest in making part of your offering.
Where are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped according to the Ship To instructions provided.
Who handles ramp system installation?
Many customers prefer to contract an installer on their own. Others prefer that Handi-Ramp arrange for installation. In these cases, Handi-Ramp calls upon its nationwide network of independent installers (all of whom are part of the Handi-Ramp Partner Program) to provide an install quote and the subsequent work.
Are there protected territories?
No.
Are there special contracts?
No. There are not special contracts for being a Handi-Ramp Partner. However, in order to maintain active status as a Handi-Ramp Partner, you must make a minimum of $1000.00 in sales for the calendar year. Handi-Ramp reserves the right to remove anyone who fails to meet this minimum standard from the program.

How do I learn about products, ADA, industry standards, installation issues, and any other topics key to my success as a Handi-Ramp Partner?
In addition to reviewing the broad scope of material on-line at www.handiramp.com, you will be assigned to an Account Executive upon your invitation into the program. Handi-Ramp’s team includes a wealth of industry, product and application knowledge. It is their job to work with you and their clients each day in helping to solve challenges and address questions. For the purposes of the Partner Program, your AE is very much like a mentor and consultant. You should call upon them whenever you have a question.Handi-Ramp also provides numerous sales and marketing tools for your personal use and to share with your clients as you see fit. These tools will be posted within the Partner Program site and you will have access to them with your login and password.
Are there cross marketing opportunities?
Yes! Handi-Ramp has a significant expertise in the area of search engine optimization and general Internet marketing. We would be delighted to discuss link opportunities. In addition, we are open to discuss any creative marketing concept where joining forces makes sense for both parties.Could I co-brand with Handi-Ramp to promote my company?
We would be happy to discuss co-branding on our marketing materials or on yours.What conditions would cause my termination from the Partner Program?
Handi-Ramp prides itself on exemplary customer service and attention to detail. We also expect there to be a mutually respectful and ethical relationship among employees and management as well as with our customers and vendors. This expected of each of our Partners as well since they will be acting as an extension of Handi-Ramp.In the event a Handi-Ramp Partner is reported to Handi-Ramp management to have broken this trust, Handi-Ramp reserves the right to terminate the Handi-Ramp Partner relationship.
