To develop and implement parent and youth seminars that will encourage parents to advocate on behalf of themselves and their children. AJE encourages problem solving and the utilization of mediation and arbitration techniques to resolve disputes. We assist parents in negotiating with local education agencies and provides individual support to parents when necessary. AJE also supports the parents of incarcerated children by empowering them with the tools necessary to successfully transition their child from delinquent activity to a crime-free lifestyle.
